​EVERYONE'S TIME IS VALUABLE

IT IS MY CLEAR INTENT TO MAKE THINGS FAIR AS I CONTINUE TO GIVE EACH CLIENT THE TIME AND ATTENTION THEY DESERVE. AS I SCHEDULE EACH SALON APPOINTMENT IN A TIMELY MANNER, ALLOWING MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME WITH EACH CUSTOMER TO GIVE A THOROUGH CONSULTATION AND THE TIME NEEDED TO PERFORM EACH SERVICE.  UNANTICIPATED NO SHOWS, EARLY CANCELLATIONS OR REMOVING SERVICES FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT CREATES LARGE GAPS IN THE STYLIST SCHEDULE....LEAVING THE STYLIST UNDER BOOKED AND WITH OUT PAY. CANCELLATION POLICY'S ARE FOR YOU! SO I CAN HAVE MORE AVAILABILITY SO I CAN GIVE YOU BETTER SERVICE!!!​​​

Policies

  • EARLY CANCELLATION: IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR  APPT. PLEASE GIVE  A 24 HOUR NOTICE. 30% EARLY CANCELLATION CHARGES  APPLY IF YOUR SLOT CANNOT BE REFILLED.

  • PROM OR WEDDING PARTIES ARE 48 HOUR CANCELLATION  NOTICE

  • IF YOU BOOKED MULTIPLE  APPOINTMENTS OR SERVICES AND NEED TO REMOVE ANY PLEASE LET THE SALON KNOW RIGHT AWAY.

  • APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE MISSED THAT NEGLECT TO GIVE NOTICE  NO CALL/NO SHOW:    WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE PRICE OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE. AFTER THE 3RD NO SHOW, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM MY PRACTICE.

  • LATE FEE:    WITHOUT NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A $5 CHARGE AT CHECKOUT FOR 10 MINUTES LATE. 15 MINUTES LATE:   MIGHT RESULT IN REMOVAL OF CERTAIN SCHEDULED SERVICE IF THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR THEM AND BE CHARGED THE LATE FEE.

  • SICK POLICY:    DURING THE CORONAVIRUS CRISIS IF YOU ARE UNVACCINATED YOU ARE REQUESTED TO WEAR A MASK.  IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING FLU SYMPTOMS YOU WILL ALSO BE ASKED TO WEAR A MASK AND SANITIZE. UNLESS YOUR TOO SICK TO COME PLEASE RESCHEDULE WITHIN A 24 HOUR NOTICE AS POSSIBLE.

  • YOUR SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY FOR ANY REASON AND WOULD LIKE SOMETHING ADJUSTED, THE SALON WILL BE HAPPY TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS WHILE YOUR STILL HERE, OR  RETURN FOR ADJUSTMENTS 24 HOURS AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT.

  • Return Policy:    Becky's Boutique Paul Mitchell Focus Salon is dedicated to providing you the best customer experience. You may Return most new, unused and unopened Retail items within 14 days for Salon Credit.>>>Paul Mitchell Systems will Honor Return on Tools within 30 days of delivery date.. Return shipping charges will be the purchaser responsibility if the item isn't defective.

  • Becky's Boutique may take Pictures of your Hair before and after, for the Website, Advertising, and Education

  • Price Change Policy Please note,  Becky's Boutique Price is subject to change. If a Price Change occurs it will be in effect at time of delivery. Becky's Boutique Also Reserves the Right to make any corrections to prices quoted.

  • Payment Policy: Payment is required at the time the service is rendered.

  • Lengthily Services AND Salon Parties will require a deposit fee to book.

  • Gift Card Donation will Expire in 6 months.
